Due to the unique shape of the chairs, the cushions were impossible to replace. "<p><br /></p> <p>Marge was very helpful with the entire process.   She asked me to send her photos of the furniture cushions I wanted recovered and she would provide me with an estimated cost and amount of material to purchase.</p> <p>I also asked her for suggestions as to where to look for material and what type it should be.  She gave me three internet sites that sold upholstery material.   I searched those sites and sent her photos of three I chose and asked for her opinion.  It was very helpful because for the pattern I chose had a large leaf print on it and Marge told me to buy two extra yards in order to match the pattern on the cushions.</p> <p>I ordered the material and Marge came with a van and took everything with her - cushions and material.</p> <p>She estimated two weeks to finish and she delivered the cushions in two weeks.  </p> <p>Most of our communication was done via e-mail and Marge is very responsive and timely in answering.</p> <p>The leaf pattern on the cushions match perfectly from one cushion to another and the sewing is excellent.</p> <p>It was a pleasure to work with Marge. </p> <br />"

Once the decisions were made, the fabric was ordered and furniture was picked up. The work was completed in one week and returned to me in pristine condition. "Went to Godwin's store in April to look for fabric to do our chairs.  Gaile helped us find several patterns we liked and allowed us to take the books of samples home.  We also talked to her about the chair we wanted to refinish.  Did not realize they also did that type of work.  She gave us color samples for the refinish and we took them home also.  After a few days we went back to order the chair covers and also took the the chair to refinish.  We agreed on a price and left everything to be done.  Within one week she called and told us the covered chair seats were done.  They looked great when we picked them up.  She told us the chair to refinish would take longer which was OK with us.  We just got the chair back today and it looks fantastic.  All in all, very satisfied with their work. <br />"
