"Our roof took 4 days to complete. The workmanship was excellent. Since we live in Florida, we get storms almost daily this time of year. JAT roofers know how to install a roof in these conditions, ensuring everything is coverable on a moment's notice and when they leave for the day, everything is water tight ... each day. We had rain on 2 of the 4 installation days, yet no leaks. The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient. We had excellent updates on schedules and what we needed to do. All permit and inspections were handled by JAT and done within 24-48 hours of work completion. We definitely recommend JAT Roofers. "

"I interviewed seven different roofing companies before I chose to sign a contract with Universal Roofing and Contracting. I was especially impressed with their representative, Jason Serrano. He answered all of my questions, but more importantly, he LISTENED to what I wanted. The contract I signed was specifically tailored to MY needs; it wasn't some standard job. It took a few weeks after I signed to get the right permits, but then the project moved quickly. Michael Ramos served as my project manager, and he kept me informed as the roof was put on. He showed me photos of the damaged spots, and of the completed work. I was pleasantly surprised that the actual work was completed in only one day (I have a very large roof on my 2,100 square foot one story house.) I am very pleased with my new roof, and I am happy to recommend Universal Roof and Contracting to anyone who needs a new roof "

"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"
