"Our roof took 4 days to complete. The workmanship was excellent. Since we live in Florida, we get storms almost daily this time of year. JAT roofers know how to install a roof in these conditions, ensuring everything is coverable on a moment's notice and when they leave for the day, everything is water tight ... each day. We had rain on 2 of the 4 installation days, yet no leaks. The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient. We had excellent updates on schedules and what we needed to do. All permit and inspections were handled by JAT and done within 24-48 hours of work completion. We definitely recommend JAT Roofers. "

He answered all of my questions, but more importantly, he LISTENED to what I wanted. The contract I signed was specifically tailored to MY needs; it wasn't some standard job. It took a few weeks after I signed to get the right permits, but then the project moved quickly. Michael Ramos served as my project manager, and he kept me informed as the roof was put on. He showed me photos of the damaged spots, and of the completed work. I was pleasantly surprised that the actual work was completed in only one day (I have a very large roof on my 2,100 square foot one story house.) "CB roofing did some work for me during hurricane Irma in 2021-22. They mentioned they warranty their repairs for lifetime, since then the same area leaked once which they fixed and then leaked again recently which they refused to fix. BEWARE OF THEIR FAKE WARRANTY THEY ADVERTISE IN PERSON AND ON THEIR WEBSITES! Subsequently I also asked them to fix another leak from Hurricane Helene in 2024 which they quoted me a ridiculous amount (more than the two leaks they fixed in 2022!). Then they charged me a $150 consultation fee. I found another roofer who is doing the work for 1/3rd of the price. BEWARE OF THEM SCAMMING YOU WITH HIGH PRICES. I wouldn't do any work with them or recommend them to friends and family."
