"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! "We had the roof replaced in August. The roofing team text me the night before and arrived on time. They completed the work in one day. They did a great job cleaning up, and took care not to damage the bushes or flowers when removing the shingles. The roof looks great and we are super happy with the results. We also had a patch of siding reattached and we had a canopy in the way. They told us to contact them when we take it down for the winter and they would come fix it then. I contacted them and they responded and scheduled a time to come out and fix it. The roof was installed in August and we just got the invoice in November for the services. I am assuming it took so long since they went back and forth between our insurance. Ultimately we paid what we had agreed to pay and we are happy about that. Nathan was the contact person for this job and he stayed in contact the whole time and was very polite and professional. Overall we are happy with the results and would recommend this company to people looking for a roof replacement."

"Jim Spears crew came on site, materials on board two seperate vans, on Time, as scheduled. <br /> The first day -- install the metal lath, and started putting on the first layer. <br /> They put in a good hard day's work !  ( Note : This day, and every day there after, my place was cleaned up at day's end !! Very Pro !! )  <br /> Day 2 - finished up the scratch coat, started prepping the chimney. Started the 2nd coat, followed by the Texture coat on the top peak side of the wall. <br /> Day 3 - Finished 2nd coat, Almost got main wall completed with Finish Texture. --- Scratch coat Chimney for blend. <br /> Day 4 - Finish Texture, Finish Chimney ( actually 1/2 day ! ) <br /> Finished for me to Paint !! <br /> I found this company on Angie's list ...
