"Waxtel LLC did a major renovation on my co-op on Sutton Place South. The renovations included new bathrooms, new kitchen, painting, floor restoration and a host of other repairs and renovations. The Company is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Besides the excellent workmanship, the owner, Dave Waxtel, was extremely responsive to all issues. I have dealt with contractors many times, and I would say Waxtel is the best one I have ever used. Moreover, the price was reasonable and fair. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. The closet doors he installed were not the exact size of the frames (my landlord ordered them) and I can't tell you how many times he cut and sanded them down until they fit ( I personally would have tossed them out the window and hung a curtain up. :)) He was super efficient and really takes pride in his work. Now that I found Dominick, I plan on doing several renovations and hiring him again to do each one. He's that good!"

"Excellent. Dave Perrotta, Westbrook Contracting, LLC, was recommended to me by a friend. I am so happy I took her advice. Over the past two years, Dave and his crew have done a beautiful job completely renovating my kitchen and adding a small addition to the side of the house, which included a full bath and closet. The painting was excellent and not only did they paint the dining room, but they fixed the doors to my corner built-in hutch, so they actually close and stay shut. I have received many unsolicited compliments on both the inside and outside work and best of all, the house is just so much more comfortable to live in. I asked about putting a few clothes hooks in the small hallway for rainy day weather, and they built me a beautiful clothes rack, which gets so much use! The shower needed a glass door, something I had never purchased before. Dave not only suggested an excellent vendor, but assisted in the selection. Dave is very easy to work with and his crew is not only skilled but I am very comfortable with them in my home. In addition to his crew, I have been impressed with the quality of sub-contractors, vendors, etc., he used. "I can't say enough about Hector and his team. It was a big project involving tearing out an old rotting wooden retaining wall and installing one with interlocking blocks -- a LOT of blocks along a very long stretch, multiple levels, and in a place that machinery could not easily reach. I put it out for multiple bids, and some people just make up (higher) numbers. Hector's bid was very competitive, maybe even the lowest, and he did more work than anyone else was proposing to do. In particular, an additional design element that he proposed (he was the only one I talked to who took the time to find out what I liked and didn't like and made a creative suggestion for something new, rather than just replacing what the old one looked like). And then the team was all super professional and friendly, took the time needed to do the job right and it was a lot of very hard work. We've been getting a lot of compliments on the results. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat."

My 90-year young grandmother had a tremendous leak under her Mobile Home bathroom floor that had gone unnoticed until her floor started to buckle, and the water began soaking through the floor. APEX Contracting came out that same night to Mitigate the issues and begin Emergency services. Not only did they complete the mitigation work within days they also handled my grandmother's insurance claim and got her FULL coverage for her claim and repairs! It took only a few weeks for the APEX crew to rebuild a new beautiful bathroom with custom tiled shower, adjoining utility room completely gutted and re-tiled and painted, and gut and replacement of floor and carpeting throughout the attached hallway/living room/dining room area. The crew on a daily basis kept my grandmother abreast of any areas that may be trip hazards and were kind and respectful on a daily basis. We would highly recommend APEX to all!"
