The appt had been mistakenly booked on a holiday, but instead of canceling, he showed up, did a thorough inspection with pictures, and explained in detail what was needed. Three weeks later with a heat index of 107, they were there tearing the roof off, repairing some damage, installing OSB over the entire roof, and roofing. All done in a day. His crew did a great job! No blaring music. Not on their cell phones constantly. Clean up so perfect that you would never know they were there except for the beautiful new roof. Very professional from estimate to payment. He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with.
