"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Very professional and good communication. In a recent storm one of my downspouts became disconnected from my gutters. Being that I live in a split level and this was in about the most inconvenient spot( an I am getting older and seemingly more clumsy), I decided to have someone do the job. A&B reached out to me very quickly and had an opening to get me in same day. Keep in mind this was the middle of January shortly after a winter storm. They were able to quickly get this job done despite the difficult weather and snow on the ground and for a fair price. Throughout they were very communicative, I knew exactly where they were and when they would be arriving.
