"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"We have been loyal customers of Genove for years, but this year they exceeded any expectations. From the emergency service call on a cold Sunday night in February to the installation of the new furnace and hot water heater today. Armando and crew are terrific. Ryan, Richie and Shawn completed the project in less time than we expected. And, Armando assisted us in the HEAT loan program which has us paying for this work at zero interest over 7 years as well as handled the rebate programs. Highly recommend Genove!"

"Eric Mouradian (owner) responded promptly to my request for urgent replacement of a newly-broken hot water heater. He showed up on time, provided outstanding service, cleaned up after the job, and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!"

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"We had to have heat and ac added to our attached apartment. Derek came out and sized what we needed and they installed mini splits for us. Great work!"

"Not easy finding an HVAC company willing to install a gas steam boiler. These guys did it all and did it well, removing the old oil burner and oil tank, installing a Weil McClain boiler including steam piping and hot water, installing gas piping, electrical and plumbing, including all inspections, even leaving me a temporary hot water heater until the furnace installation was completed. They fully accommodated my schedule as well. The town electrical inspector who came after installation was complete confirmed their good reputation."

"Joe and his assistant did a great job very pleased with the work. I would recommend him to anybody who asked... believe me if I need any more plumbing services, Henry, is the man for me thank you"

"Very happy with services in transition from previous Framingham-based heating company. Competitive price, prompt response, professional installation and great offers follow up enabling us to get mass heat rebate."

"Our new HVAC system was installed smoothly and efficiently. The team was professional, and we're already noticing the difference in comfort."

"We hired Loudon Mechanical to install Daikin mini-splits in our home. The quote was reasonable. Each person in their crew was courteous, prompt, and efficient. They completed our job in two days and left the job site clean. W are extremely pleased with Loudon Mechanical and would highly recommend this company."
