"Raymond Rosario, Sheik Ali, and Louis and the crew did an excellent job, hassle Free and a smooth experience. My roof had storm damage. They were polite and professional, not pushy and did not try to force you into anything. They informed me of the entire process. Had bad wood panels replaced and replaced shingles with premium roof tiles. It cost me 20 grand, but in this case, you get what you pay for, and my property value went up. Definitely a satisfied customer. "

The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 AM, exactly as communicated by Heather, and conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner. Elvin kept me updated on progress throughout the day, and the team shared real-time progress photos via an active link, which I greatly appreciated.
