"I am writing this review on behalf of Javier Flores I engaged Javier Flores to build a deck in my back yard. I could not be happier with the job he did. Javier and his brother Daniel arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. each day and worked hard all day, with the exception of lunch. The two of them work together very well. When they finished the deck, I told them that I would sweep off the saw dust, but Javier wouldn’t let me sweep the deck, He told me I am paying him to perform that duty. Javier and Daniel are experienced hardworking men who value precision, and pay attention to the littlest of details. Our new deck is as stiff as concrete, no sags, no squeaks at all. I am so happy with the deck, that I am going to have them install the deck railing also. I would gladly recommend Javier to anyone that needs a deck. Henry & Mary Anne Price"

"I selected Geico Builders to paint the interior of my house and replace rotten wood in September 2023. Crew & project manager was friendly and professional, and they provided a good overview of the job and how the company may differ from other companies in regard to the preparation, staff assignment, and paint quality. Their estimate was slightly higher than my middle estimate but these areas mentioned earlier helped me in my decision. Plus to all they provided me with an estimate in a timely manner whereas several other companies either never provided their estimate or it came much later than discussed. I enjoyed working with the team. Renee, Tammy, and the Crew, who made this project move forward smoothly. I highly recommend Geico Builders for their hard work they want client to be happy with the final work and will keep working to address any concerns. "Salesman Sui was the initial contact with the company and he delivered a good working plan and was very reasonable in cost. Eli was the project manager and he made some design changes that improved the whole project. The whole work crew started work at 7:30 each day and worked consistently to get the job done in a timely fashion. Iâ m very pleased with the quality of work and would recommend them to everyone desiring a quality result to a paver project!"

"It was a pleasure to work with Eric, we hired him for a complete backyard renovation which included tree removal, leveling the surface and place pavers and a deck on top. Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely. We were impressed how Eric handled the project and met all the deliverables, also his team was extremely polite an professional. Our backyard now looks like the ones advertised in magazines. All this led us to start a new project with him to replace the cracked driveway with nice new pavers."
