Dave took the time to see what our homes needs were, and took so much time and patience explaining the hvac system. He was able to solve the problem that I had with the bedroom temp being too high-so easily! Two other contractors offered no solution! We had a complete install done, and Andrew and Will did a great job, even cleaning up every speck before they left! Andrew did such a great caulking job around the work in the wall...I appreciated that! We had one small issue and Joe came right out and fixed it asap! So nice and took great care. Everyone put on booties to walk through the house, and were very careful with our home. I am thankful for a job well done!"

The lead installation man took care to fully explain the functions of the new thermostat and what was needed to take care of the unit regarding periodic maintenance, such as changing filters.
