"It was good. The new furnace was installed on time and very efficiently. The workmen were particularly careful to not track any dirt into the house, even though the furnace is in the basement. The lead installation man took care to fully explain the functions of the new thermostat and what was needed to take care of the unit regarding periodic maintenance, such as changing filters. We found Frank on craigslist and I did a lot of homework before we decided on him. He promptly came out for an initial estimate.

He could have not have been any more understanding or nicer. He listen to what we needed and then gave me several different options.

No pressure sale B.S. He knows his stuff inside and out.

Gave a deposit and a week later the work was done. Everything looks great.

Only time will tell about the unit but Frank has made a customer for life.
