"For the amount that I was charged, the outcome should have been better. The hardware that was used was just cheap plastic materials. The shower rod is plastic along with tub faucet. I had to call them a couple of times to replace the tub drain. For 14k, I feel I deserve better than what I got. Besides the representative for the company seemed to be on some type of trip. Very unsatisfied. I don't not recommend them. Are they racist?"

"I was very impressed with The professionalism. When they came in, they made sure to cover all furniture and did a great job cleaning up. My floors turned out beautiful better than I expected.
