"Poor experience, resulting in rotten wood being put up, gates that did not close properly, and fence posts that were not evenly spaced. When we complained we were told we were difficult customers. They eventually fixed the rotten wood but the posts could not be fixed and were told it was our fault because we did not know to ask that fence posts be evenly spaced. (Silly us - we assumed they'd do it right the first time since this is their profession and we've never installed a fence before!)"

"It went wonderfully, I got several quotes from companies I found on Angies List and found Superior Deck and Fence to be the most affordable. At first I was concerned that their website didn't have many pictures of decks that they had done whether wooden or composite so I spoke with Rob and he texted me pictures of some of the places they had done in Ocean City, MD and I felt reassured that while affordable, the quality of work was great. Their schedule was reasonable so they were able to start the work within two weeks of my signing of the contract so that was also a plus. The work was done by Rob and another worker so it took 6 days, but I cared about them doing a good job so I didn't have a problem with it. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the work they did, and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. The pictures show the L-shaped railing, and the landing with steps, and the completed fence in the background."

"We had our new roof installed in Mid August. The job took about a day and a half. The crew was very professional and did a fantastic job. All the old shingles and nails were picked up every day throughout the day and they even blew out our gutters. The evening of the first day there was a threat of rain. Two crew members came back around 9:30 that evening and placed more tarps to make sure that if it did rain our roof would be protected. We are very pleased with their work."

"Their work has always been "top-notch." Over the last 25 years, they replaced the tile twice, repaired the coping stones when needed, and last summer installed all new modern coping stones. This spring they are scheduled to re-plaster the pool for the second time in 25 years. They also assist with deck renovation by applying the mastic between the coping and surrounding pool deck. We are always pleased with results of their work. They provide the cost of the work upfront and always stick to the agreed price. Scheduling is tricky as it depends on the weather but once they begin the work, they stick with it until it is done without much downtime for use of the pool."

"The staff was polite and respectful but I had to manage parts of the job myself or steps would have been performed out of order (windows installed before repair work was to be done). The window company and Noonan did not communicate effectively with each other in a synchronized way which resulted in a delayed end to the job (nearly 2 months just to repair a wall and install windows) and multiple visits to correct and finish the work. Noonan worked hard to resolve the issues but in the end, the final details were still not up to my satisfaction (caulking around the door in particular). <br />"

"I have a large red brick home I wanted to paint white, including front functional shutters and back nonfunctional ones.  The job presented many challenges.  First of all, the brick's rough texture and 60 year old brick meant that several coats had to be applied.  The entire structure first had to be power washed, then painted with a sealer.   Patrick and Michael Rafferty began the job the day after the contract was signed.  The painting began during the few warmer days in January, and continued a few weeks later after the severe cold weather had abated.  Then they ordered and replaced shutters as necessary.  Their attention to detail was very good, even removing downspouts, cleaning and painting them before replacing.  They are extremely prompt and courteous and were on the job every day without interruption until completed; they wasted NO time.   I must emphasize this was a very large, rather involved job.   I cannot attest to price because I did not get other quotes; I did this because I have used them for 20 years or more on several of of my farm outbuildings and they always did an excellent job."
