In the planning stages Keith drew up 8 possible bathroom blueprints for me and when I ultimately chose 1, he even made alterations according to my specs. While the work was being done, every artisan showed up on time and left the worksite each day as clean as possible. As contractor, Keith was there every day not only working himself but also overseeing the workmanship of his crews. He guided me in the selection of materials and fixtures. In my bedroom, Keith reconfigured existing walls to accommodate the installation of custom made drawers and cabinets. He redesigned existing closets to increase their utility. Keith was amazing and a pleasure to work with and I would certainly hire him again!"

"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

After reading the comments and reviews, I arranged a personal meeting with Mike Melia for my bathroom renovation. Mike responded quickly to evaluate and explore and explain the best options while taking into consideration my handicaps. Throughout the project there was much infrastructure from prior work performed and existing conditions. Mike addressed all structural problems, plumbing and electrical repairs including a new sub panel. Mike has remarkable attention to detail for every aspect of work and he completed the work with a high standard of professionalism with his employees and subcontractors. Mike was on site everyday in constant communication with myself and my insurance company. He was unexpectedly neat and clean throughout the process. "It went very well. Inson always focused on the highest quality products that would fit the design. Also tried to get each item at the better price. Additionally he was meticulous with the project and **** ** the vendors to make no mistakes and focus on a quality outcome. Finally Inson and his team were diligent to make sure everything was constructed in the right manner. In our case the proper wiring and safest plumbing. Always relied on master builders and plumbers who new what they were doing. The final outcome was above expectations. I would keep in mind any project like ours will cost money - we spent extra with Inson but in the end it was the right thing to do and well worth it."

The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. He is present and constantly checking in with the clients and the contracting crew to make sure things are going as scheduled. When the work is completed making sure that everything was to my liking. everything is going well. His team works very well and are focused on the details. "Advanced Construction and Development is an amazing company. They remodeled my two old bathrooms and exceeded my expectations in every way. As luck would have it, I found them on Angieâ s List. Valery, their project manager, was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, gave guidance when necessary, and completely supported my vision. Additionally, she answered all of my (many) questions calmly and remained patient with my input. Valery is a most excellent collaborator. Danillo and his team worked tirelessly. Also, they were careful to protect my condo from dust, which was a major task in and of itself, since the bathrooms had old, thick tiles lining every inch of the walls and ceilings.
