"Our rear fence line was slowly leaning more and more each year so we called F&DD to get an estimate for repair. The sales rep was on time and we had an honest conversation about repair vs. replacement. Although our fence is older, it's still in ok condition and while a brand new fence would look great, there's still some life left in it so we opted to repair. It took about two weeks for the repair techs to make it out and the lead tech was knowledgeable and polite. He asked if it was ok to reuse any posts that were still in good condition. In trade, he would replace any pickets around the yard that were damaged. While that's certainly a win for their column as a picket is less material than a post, I thought it was an ok compromise. Work was accomplished by two techs in one day. They kept their footprint light and they walked me through the project upon completion. They replaced about half the posts and replaced about the same amount of pickets. I would certainly hire or recommend in the future."

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"Elite Fence did the job quickly and worked hard to find replacement parts that matched as closely as possible as the fence was old and out of production. It wasn't a perfect match but they were upfront about that fact from the beginning so no problems there. Price was great and the service was done quickly. "Overall, the experience with the handoff from Jesse to Brian was smooth, and Brian and Steve (who tore down my old fence, rebuilt with 6' cedar shadowbox and added 2 gates on each side of the house) did a great job. They were prompt on arrival each time they said they would show up. The spent approx 5 hours tearing out the old section of fence and rebuilding. Upon completion, they hauled away all the debris and Brian offered to haul away a large pile of yard waste and brush we had built up in our early spring clean up. "Hire this company!  They are wonderful.  After having Fletcher's install a back yard sidewalk they gave us an estimate for tearing out our old wood deck and sunken paver patio and installing 2 new paver patios. The price was right and we hired him again for this work.  He met and/or exceeded my special needs for our dogs.  His design was perfect and he even has a program that he can feed in your measurements and it prints out what your patios will look like.

They started tearing out the old stuff on 10/28/2011.  The dumpster was delivered the same day.  The pavers, rock, and sand were delivered the next Monday, I think.  Everything went great.  Correy and his crew were always prompt and they worked hard.  I don't know how they do it.  It's a very physically demanding job but they never complained. 

After the tear out was done they started digging out the patios, laying the foundation, leveling sand, and laying pavers on the 1st patio, all the while cleaning up each day before they left.

Fletcher's even coordinated work with our hidden fencing installer to make sure everything was just right.  The hidden fence wire had to go under the new 2nd patio and they devised a way to make it work perfectly. 

Both new paver patios are gorgeous and neighbors are all jealous.  I think I'll have some referrals for Fletcher's next year.  In fact, I'm so impressed with their work and price that I've hired them for a 3rd time to do another back yard sidewalk in the spring of 2012.  I can't say enough nice things about Fletcher's Custom Design.  Really nice people, very professional.  I am thrilled with my new patios. Just beautiful.  A HUGE THANK YOU TO FLETCHER'S.  

Oh, and when the job was finished on 11/12/2011, they sent me flowers.  How sweet is that!

"I hired Following Steps Landscapers to build a new fence in my backyard, as well as to remove very old chain link and privacy fencing already in place. Once I contacted the owner, Angel, he was able to visit my property and supply an estimate within the week. Work began the following week. Very old fencing was removed and replaced with approximately 225 feet of pressure treated wood privacy fencing. The fencing included two gates: one in front and one in the rear of the property.  One side of the property proved problematic in that it included two old fences parallel to each other containing many old tree stumps as well as weeds and vines. Angel's crew removed everything to install a beautiful fence. The other side of my property contains a very large mulberry tree that sits directly on the property line shared with my neighbor. Angel's crew was able to split the fence to accommodate the tree. My neighbor said the crew was very nice to him when he was giving instructions as to where the property line sat. The crew also removed a large pine tree in the front yard that was planted too close to the house. Work was completed in a week. I was so pleased that the crew, who was very pleasant, also trimmed all of my bushes and cleaned the existing flower beds!  Everything was well prepared for me to begin new plantings in the spring. I was extremely happy with Following Steps work and, if need be, will hire them again.
