Most recently the treatments stopped working and when I asked for them to return and retreat, they kept saying they would be out here and never came, I had to call twice and have several text message exchanges with the tech/supervisor to get an appointment. Once the finally retreated it, did not work. Now I am back to spraying myself. For a while service was fine but it suddenly and completely collapsed."
