"Cameron did a great job removing my HUGE hornet nest near my front door. He called me with a quite within an hour of requesting one on Angi. His communication was excellent. He is personable as well and even petted my dogs! I will definitely use this service again should I need insect / critter control"

"Last year 1st Response did an application to my house to control ants. By November I had ants in my basement and by February they were in my kitchen. After I called a man showed up and, after seeing that I had a patio, said that patios are where ants live and no wonder I had an ant problem. He said that they have a spray that they use on patios but didn't use it last year. He said he'd make a note to apply it this year which had me wondering why they didn't use the spray in the first place knowing that my patio is where ants live. Go figure. He did put out a poison and we haven't seen any ants since. Thank goodness for the "guarantee.""

"Service was very thoughtful and effective. Troy helped us safely catch groundhogs that were living under our barn, as well as a raccoon in the barn.
