The hardwood that was chosen was extremely difficult to work with and required more labor than initially thought. Given the strict timeline rising heights had to work within this presented a difficult challenge. They were able to get it done on time even though it required more man hours. They were also incredibly responsive with some small punch out work that needed to be done after completion of the project. They worked around our work schedules to complete the project."
