"All the guys that helped with this work were awesome! There was one issue that occurred but not really anyone's fault. The horizontal drilling team ran their drill right through our sewer line, but both the drillers and plumbers worked together to fix the sewer line. And we were not charged for the snafu. My only gripe is the new box used to cover the water main. The current concrete box crumbled apart and the plumber used a sprinkler cover as a replacement. I'm not sure if this is code but it now looks like we have two junction boxes for our sprinkler system."

They were all very professional and they explained very clearly what work needed to be done and where they would need to cut into walls and ceilings. We have a 3 bathroom house with a full finished basement. The crew attempted to make easy cuts for me to repair. The house was as clean as can be expected after two days of work. The job was done completely and thoroughly. We had an issued with the shut off valve and they returned the next day to fix our issue and Josh came out he was professional and friendly.
