"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! "We had them put new shingles on the roof several years ago. The only problem we had that time was the amount of nails left on the roof and the ground. We could expect some, but this was excessive. They used tarps and magnets but there were still many we found with our own magnets and stuck in our shoes. More recently we needed the edge of our roof repaired after a hurricane. The facia board they used was cedar and didn’t match the thickness of what it was butted up to. Cedar is a better wood but I’m glad it is on the back side of our house. Overall, the work done was very good, just those couple complaints."
