"We added a patio enclosure to part of our deck area at a country house that we own. The experience was extraordinary from the minute that we met with Andrew Mulichak, our design consultant, through to the completion of the project. At the point that we signed the contract, a completion estimate of 10 weeks was given. Three weeks after we signed the contract, we received a call that the patio enclosure was ready to be installed. The install team took a half day to get the site ready, and then 1.5 days to complete the project. We absolutely love the end result and it came out even better than what we thought when we signed the contract. The advantage of working with Patio Enclosures is that this is their primary business activity and they control the entire supply chain. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend them for any type of comparable project."

In addition to the deck repair, they were asked to install a large awning (12â X 24â ) and to replace 3 glass sliding doors and 2 windows. "Mitch and his team were amazing to work with from estimate to installation! We wanted to replace ancient cyclone fencing with a scalloped picket fence. This style is popular on Cape Cod and Nantucket but not common in Columbia. We contacted a number of business during the bid process including several of the big name fence companies in town. Some never returned our call, others tried to talk us into putting up a different fence system. Porterhouse was a refreshing change. Mitch returned my initial call promptly, came to survey our property that week, and offered an estimate soon thereafter. He and his team were on time and committed to making sure the fence and gates were installed to our liking. This was not an easy project, but they did a fantastic job. Excellent communication the entire time. I would highly recommend Porterhouse and will be considering them for future projects."

"We paid the $650 on July 18 2024 for inside job and we paid $900 deposit for making the 18 feet length x 11 feet width concrete patio on Aug 11, 2024 . After they did 30% of the job , they keep push our job behind because they said the weather reason and they have the covid , after one or 2 week , they have the wasp string even they agreed with us they will complete certain date . After we checked back , they said they will complete on Tuesday , after Tuesday , they said he will definitely finish on Wednesday . Thursday . It keep pushing behind untill I wrote this complaint with Angi today . So it is more than 2 months , these job has not been completed. This is the real story with all of he text communication as proof ."

"He was very professional told us what we needed too do he didn't push us in any way have never meet a person that helped us the way he did. This is not the only thing he has contracted to do for us. We are thankful that we Met him".  We also contracted him about 15 years ago to build our home.  The job went as scheduled and he built us a beautiful custom home.  He is all about the details and we wanted custom features to fit our needs.  If we ever build another house, Rodney is the one that we will choose.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience and professionalism than what he gave us.
