"Walter did an exceptionally good job on a long list of repairs, which we had deferred because we didn't know who could possibly know how to fix them all.  Thanks to Angie's List, we found Handyman Unlimited and Walter.  The experience was even better than all the rave reviews on Angie's List!  Of note the $830 included both parts and labor.  He actually went shopping for the needed items (door knobs, sockets, specialty light bulbs, cabinet hardware, etc.) beforehand. <br /> Walter first came out to look at all the items that needed repair and then gave us a bid. While the bid was a bit higher than we would have liked, by the end of the project, we knew that it had been worth every penny.  After the bid, he returned another day and spent a full 8 hours completing the work on our list and a few more items that we discovered along the way. <br /> His expertise was impressive, and the quality of work was excellent--which is saying a lot because we are considered to be perfectionists. He was friendly and professional as well as highly skilled.  One of the best surprises was that he is NOT afraid of heights and brings a giant ladder so he can reach the vaulted ceiling chandeliers, which are very, very high.   <br /> In addition to his high level of expertise, he is a creative problem solver as we discovered on several occasions. <br /> We definitely will use Walter of Handyman Unlimited again. <br />"

"I hired Builderzz to remodel the bathroom of our home. Builderzz came highly recommended by a family friend. I was very pleased with Guy's performance as our general contractor. He is the most detailed and methodical person I have ever met. He offered many ideas/solutions to maximize the space of our bathroom. I found him to be very communicative and professional over the course of the project. The workers were very professional, tidy and punctual as well. We ended up with a very spa-like and serene bathroom- I absolutely am in love with the end result. I would highly recommend this company."

"I was not surprised to read and see that Landmark construction energy crew have such an excellent reputation online, as I would also recommend them and their jobs. We hired them to paint the exterior and interior of our house few months ago and they did a remarkable job. The job went on without any problem or issues even though we were not at the house part of the time due to a trip that we went on. The quality of the work that they did get into a minor delay and it took longer than expected, but it was not because of their fault. Before we hired Landmark construction energy crew, we had other contractors in at the same time and they were getting in each other’s way. When the paint project was completed, we were very satisfied with the final results. Our house looks brand new now and we can't say enough good things about how beautiful it came out. Charlie was the nicest and lovely man during the project and he was very in-depth, extremely detail oriented and he didn’t cut corners in any way. Charlie with his workers went above and beyond on our job to make us pleased and we felt like they treated our house as if it was his own. Charlie took pride in the job that they were doing and the final work can show that very clear. It’s sad to mention but those days, it’s very hard to find workers like that anymore. "Of the three major termite exterminators I checked, they had the best price for comprehensive service: soil treatment and bait stations. I had some trouble getting the correct phone number for the nearest branch from their headquarters, but the local office staff was very responsive and I was able to get a Saturday appointment that very weekend. David, the one who performed the actual treatment, was extremely professional, courteous and happy to answer all my questions. He really went the extra mile: I had forgotten to clear off my patio for him to access the walls of the house and not only did he help me move everything, but he put all of it back when he was finished, exactly where it had been. This guy deserves a commendation, and I will recommend Clark to everyone I know."

My shutters have transformed my home creating a model home appearance. The quality of these shutters is far above the competition and tho you may pay a little more I’d say it was well worth it! "I had some issues requiring termite, and they applied orange oil--a very pleasant odor, and I didn't have to move myself, my pet, and food from the house (as with previous years-ago tenting). There was a problem with their subsequent repair work done to the wood, and I asked Dan Haakma, their wood repair specialist, to stop by to ensure the workers took care of everything. Unfortunately, much of the work was not done correctly. I was delighted to see that, instead of discovering this and then rescheduling the work, Dan stayed another 4 hours to complete the work himself--and done beautifully."

"Fabulous! Will and his team removed large old wooden deck, including support structure, and built new one using Firberon composite materials. About 3 weeks in all. It looks great and feels much sturdier. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this group."
