"Today Oxbow came out and replaced my Electrical Panel. Cody and Andrew did a fantastic job. They were on time actually a little early. The new panel and wiring is neat and they installed it just as I wanted. Both were polite and worked till completion. Oxbow's prices were very reasonable and they actually installed 2 additional GFCI breakers for safety that were not originally quoted. I would definitely use them again. "I Called Joe on 3/17/2015 and asked if he would have a look at my old hot tub and let me know if he thought it would be wise to have it repaired or replaced. He returned my call that same day and said he could come by the next day. He called promptly the next day, came out and inspected my tub. He honestly told me that he could repair my hot tub but the cost would outweigh the usefulness. We agreed on having him unhook and take the old tub away. He took care of the electrical hook up and removed the tub from my deck, did an excellent cleanup, and made sure I was happy with his work before he left. Great service and I would recommend him to anyone who has a hot tub or spa.

"He is a knowledgeable electrician. Problem is that there was an extra cost due to the new breaker box needing extra wire and the meter switch was broken during the installation process. He still has not come back to put the door on the box and there are NO labels for the breakers. I have messaged him several times and I have gotten no response. Of course I had already paid him. In my book, that is poor service."
