"Having cooling issue with 2nd floor central air unit on one of the hottest days in recent memory . Called prestige early AM and they responded with service tech within the hour. He quickly diagnosed problem and made recommendations, one of which was to replace current equipment with new equipment. This sounded extreme but after he fully explained the situation we decided to follow thru on his recommendation. A sales rep from Prestige was on site in less than 2 hours and provided a proposal to replace current unit , which was accepted . The following day 5 workers showed up completed the removal of old unit replaced with new unit in less than a day. All 5 workers were polite and did their jobs efficiently. By 1 PM that day, 24 hours after accepting their proposal , the 2nd floor was being cooled by a brand new AC system on another very hot day."

"Young man who came to do the job told us that they sent him to 3 wrong houses before they found ours. He proceeded to unclog the drain in the basement using the mechanical drain. Took him maybe an hour to clear it and also ran our sinks and toilets to make sure we wouldn?t have another problem. The young man left our house, however proceeded to sit in his running van, parked in my parking spot. I had no issues with this service until I saw the bill. $1000 to snake a drain for an hour? When we inquired about the bill they told us that their rate is 300$ an hour and that the job took 3 hours. In my opinion, if it takes you 3 hours to snake a drain, then someone should be fired or retrained at their job. My assumption is that their scheme involved sending this young man to multiple wrong houses and him sitting in my driveway for a prolong period of time, so that they could charge us for 3 hours of ?work.? "

"Before installing a mini-split, the sales person told me that I'd need to cut down an interior shelf to a specific height. I paid a handyman $400 to do exactly what the sales person instructed. Later on, N.E.T.R. came and did the installation; however, AFTER the installation, a technician told me that they hadn't accounted for the vent opening and closing and that the shelf would need to be further cut down. As you can imagine, this type of service is rather ridiculous. If they knew that the shelf would need further cutting, they should have NOT installed the unit. I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."
