"Not all heroes wear capes! Economy Restoration LLC., saved my home! Long story short is I had a new roof, siding and gutters done in November 2018 by contractors that did unworkmanlike installations and kept trying to band aide the job. I had several contractors look over the installs and was told by all of them that in their professional opinions, everything would need to be redone from scratch. This was absolutely one of the most stressful and devastating things Iâ ve ever encountered in my life. It was back to the drawing board on hiring another contractor and hopefully not get burned again. I had several estimates and was fortunate enough to learn about Economy Restoration through my boyfriend who had been selling merchandise for the past couple of years to the COO, Rob Knotts. I did my research and saw that they are a fairly new company with great reviews. I spoke with Rob and explained the situation and he understood my positioning entirely and went above and beyond to assure me I was in good hands this time. Rob came to my home to assess the prior installs and came to all the same conclusions as the other contractors and more. He was very thorough and taught me more about the prior job that made me 100% ready to get these installations redone properly. I was still very nervous over the situation because nobody should have to go through this all over again in a year and coming 100% out of my pocket this time. My boyfriend and I picked out the new colors of shingles and siding and were ready to pull the trigger for the 2nd time and hopefully the last time for this project. The installations were setup for November 2019, exactly a year after the prior job. The roof was the first to be installed and the amount of issues from the prior contract blew me away once I got a better look over it all. The crew did an excellent job in repairing all these matters and they knocked it out in ONE DAY! That wasnâ t the case with the last company, so I was thrilled to see my brand-new roof with proper drip edge, overhang and flashing. Up next was the siding installation and there was quite a bit of wood and facia replaced during this process. Economy made sure to stick 100% to their contract and go above and beyond on my home. Economy made my home look brand new! Installed the roof, siding and repaired many matters from the prior contractors. I canâ t thank Rob enough for his attention to detail and knowing how tender a situation this has been for my household. The roofing and siding crew moved quickly, but made sure to do the jobs right, cleaned up behind themselves and not damage anything in the process. "I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.

"The owner came out and gave us an option.  He came out twice.  They did great and it's a good product too.  They have excellent customer service.  They follow calls if it can't be done.  They're extremely knowledgeable.  I would use them again.  Their installer person was great.  He really knew what he's doing.  He's efficient and really personable."

"Ran into a couple of PHR guys at a "home show". We have had an estimate from a few years back but other projects and covid got in the way. PHR sent out their sales rep, Matt, and he gave us a review of services and estimated the cost. Whole home reside, new soffits, new facsia, new gutters (upgraded to 5 inch). After almost 30 years...the siding was looking sad. Also, the way our house was built, you could hear neighbors dropping change in their driveway. The rep showed us the foam backed siding and we went with the 6 inch flat to change the look of our 4 inch home depot builder grade siding. CJ contacted us and came out with the final measurements. Re-calculated the estimate and came up with a $500 savings for us. cool. Two weeks later Gustavo showed up with his crew and started work taking off siding, putting up a moisture barrier and residing the house. I pointed out a couple of cables that I needed saved if possible and the old UHF antenna that could be removed. The crew worked from 7am to 6:30PM and spent another half hour cleaning up around the house. They did this 3 days straight and finished the siding, soffits and fascia by 6pm on the 3rd day. Everything looked AWESOME!!! A major upgrade for the house. The next day the gutter crew showed up and put seamless gutters up in a few hours and even added another downspout where the builder cheaped out and put only 1 down spout in the back of the house. The entire project took 4 days and the crews cleaned up everyday at the end of the day. We could not be happier with the results. We have gotten quite few positive comments from the neighbors. it looks like a brand new house! (on the outside at least :-) ) Some notes: Communication was constant, consistent throughout the process. Pricing, when you see the quality of the product they are putting up compared to the cheap builder grade they are taking off....you realize you get what you pay for. Sound! OMG! My house is quiet now!!!! I cannot hear every little thing that happens on the street or behind us. It is transformative!!! Professional....the crews were all business and worked all day. The trim work is very detailed and tight. They brought things to my attention that I had forgotten about , speakers in the soffits (forgot about them...but they are hooked back up now :-), ethernet cabling I ran to the second floor (wireless was not a thing in the 90's). Sales process: You will see a lot of negative comments about their sales motion, it is what it is. If you are just kicking tires with no intent to buy....it will be frustrating for you. But, if you are seriously looking to have work done, you appreciated the detail and time they take explaining the entire process. Financing: We qualified for a HUGE chunk of financing, in the end, we paid for the job upon completion and walk through. The interest rate was higher than I liked but if needed it was there. When we informed PHR we would be cutting a check, they canceled the financing immediately. No questions asked. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I will admit, I was worried about how the project would go after reading some of these reviews and I am pleased it went very well. I would recommend PHR in heart beat."

"The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The repair looks great and they DID NOT charge extra for the making of the new part!"
