"GREAT, HONEST, HARDWORKING, SUPERIOR! Over the past 3 years we have had issues with our main sewer line and worked to treat the roots. Unfortunately this year (2018) the main line hit the wall and was time to replace! Not to mention it completely clogged. I got about 8 quotes.. I was amazing that some of the companies wanted just a text and picture of the area and they would come back with a high $$ quote... I asked how they arrived at that.. these companies said "oh we use google maps and your picture" to quote. Not the team from Superior Plumbing. Mike with SP came out Day one, we discussed the real issues and formulated a good plan to fix it. They wrote me a quote on the spot which was not only completely fair but would solve the main drain line completely by installing a new one. Keep in mind, I have a family and let me say with a main line sewer line.. time is ticking... the household can't flush, no laundry, dishes, showers.. so you want to go quickly on projects like this but also get a fair price. That was definitely the case with Superior. They were able to come out next day and start... installed brand new sewer line with extra clean outs and solved other issues as well, found additional cracks with the end of the sewer line and repaired on the spot. Overall an AMAZING INSTALL JOB and completely fixed the sewer line! Overall SUPER FRIENDLY TEAM, FAIR PRICES, GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP (they know their trade) and SUPER NICE (Southern Hospitality) which is what I like the most. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! "Brian was truly a lifesaver. We detected a gas leak at my 80 year old mothers home on a Friday afternoon with a major winter storm headed our way. ACC plumbing was quick to respond to my request via Angis. In fact they were the only plumber to respond. Brian was able to pressurize the lines and locate 2 separate leaks. "This company was referred to me by another contractor. This was my 1st time using them. I called and set up an appt. easily. My plumber " Paul", called 30 mins before he arrived. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. I appreciated him taking pics of all the problems and pics p repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind.
