He came back today (Friday) and finished everything in about 4 hours. He was very thorough in his inspection, explained the cause of the problems, and provided options. I appreciated that he was honest and explained the pros and cons of each option. He cleaned up all the work sites thoroughly. I will definitely go with Ali (and S & S) for any future tile work."
