"DB's has emergency service so, when the water line to my refrigerator was leaking late at night, they came out right away and replaced the line as well as the decrepit faucet that feeds it in the wall. The water line replacement moved pipes to a route under the house with no disruption to the walls. A small area about 18 inches square in the floor of the basement utility room was re-cemented, so there is no evidence of the replacement and they re-seeded the area in the front lawn that had to be dug up. This company has never failed me. They stand behind their estimates and never charge more. I highly recommend them."

"We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."

"They came on time and worked most of the day repairing plumbing that was never connected inside of wall. They had to cut the wall out under the kitchen sink. When they were done you could not tell it had been cut. They did a wonderful job and left the area clean. They also repaired some minor work on electrical outlets. "Very well. The pipe had a pinhole leak in a copper elbow joint and required cutting the pipe, in a confined space, to drain standing water. G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak. Workmanship was exceptional, potential mess and additional Sheetrock damage was minimized, G**** Miranda worked tirelessly for 3 hours and produced a satisfactory repair."

"My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Things I like about this company: 1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions 2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them 3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation 4. They took care of all permits and inspections 5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities 6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations 7. They were very courteous and professional Things they could improve: 1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc. 2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later."
