"Joseph showed up in a timely fashion, introduced himself and proceeded to ask me about the reason for his visit. He was tasked to fix a known issue and did so with great results so far. He took the time to take photos and explain to me his plan to remedy the issue. He then fixed the problem and showed me the finished results. In addition he fixed the other issues he discovered during his examination of my roof. He took the time to explain about a couple of additional questions I had regarding my roof. Overall I was very impressed with Joseph and plan on asking him back in the future for any other roofing needs we have. "I called Shinya for an estimate. I have a 2 story house with plenty of roof edge. I was at work so he dealt with my wife for the estimate and met her with when he started the work - and he completed a fine job. I waited on my review to see if the squirrel(s) I knew was in attic would come back and get in. A couple of weeks past and a squirrel(s) returned. Well it sounded like it gave the house a good going over. I heard it for about 45 minutes trotting in the gutters to different sections of the house, but it was unable to find a way in and it has not returned. I had inspected the work Shinya completed and noted a very fine professional job. He did as he promised, and if I was to move I would certainly invite him back to close up my home again. He is knowledgeable of his profession - I learned some valuable information from him as he did not repeat back to me what I already learned in research."
