"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

He worked the project schedule around our needs and stayed in constant contact with us before and during the project. Both the siding and painting crews were excellent. There were professional, highly skilled, very hard workers, and maintained a clean worksite. We changed scope in the middle of the project (decided to paint the house's brickwork) and they accommodated that change easily. In fact, the whole project went much faster than we had expected. We will definitely use TopStar if we have another home improvement project."
