"Ed agreed to pick up the carpet from Home Depot and arrived in a timely manner. He did not have the best quality carpet to work with but made the best of the situation. (He had nothing to do with the carpet order from a local store.) We were very pleased with Ed's work and definitely would hire him again."

When they arrived, they had the materials to clean up the area and cemented closed the openings where the ants came in. In terms of just doing my regular carpet they do as well as anybody but as far as doing my oriental carpet they are expensive and need special care. "They did my carpeting in my house about three years ago. I usually have it done right before Thanksgiving. What stands out most to me is their honesty.I had a chair, and I wanted them to clean the upholstery and he told me that honestly, the stains in there would not really come out all the way. I thought that was really remarkable because he wasn't going to charge me money to clean it when and he knew ahead of time that the stains in there were not going to come out because they had been in there so long. So that was something that stood out to me."
