"I had Maddox Irrigation design and install my sprinkler system in our first house. Since then they are the only company we use. Our new home is a bit further away, but they are still my go to company when it comes to sprinkler systems. They now manage both our homes. "They came to our home last Wednesday to turn on our sprinkler system. They did a few minor repairs to a couple sprinkler heads, adjusted everything for proper coverage and did an amazing job! "Service tech Harold Thuesen and his partner rapidly diagnosed a series of issues with the system, from a faulty pipe joint that was allowing air into the lines to a faulty previous repair on the solenoids that had turned a four-zone system into a single-zone system lacking the pressure to power the sprinkler heads. They fixed the joint and rebuilt the solenoids. With the system working, they were able to flush all of the many sprinkler heads save one, which they replaced. Then they showed me how to program the system. They clearly had the expertise to diagnose and make repairs quickly, and they could not have been more helpful and professional. They did all of their work in an hour, too. These guys were not dawdlers. Highly recommended."
