The project started on June 24th. Due to issues with my footings, the initial build was out of square. Sean decided to tear out the structure built. Started over on the 27th. Deck was completed Sunday the 28th and I love it. Sean and his crew are very conscientious to ensure you are satisfied. Not too many contractors have this sense of responsibility. "Very happy with the level of service provided. Would have been 5stars across the board, the only negative is my house and back door had cement splashed from the pouring of the cement pad. Although they tried to clean it up, my house and door still has stains and unfortunately the glass door has scratches from the removal of the cement. The team that worked on my project was very good and professional. I would recommend this company, for sure. I would also recommend putting a protective tarp up before pouring the cement pad."

"It went very well.  Brian & Sara kept in contact with me to ensure everything was going well, mostly by text which was great and convenient for me.  One crew did the roof and another crew did the soffit & fascia.  I have an old house so there were some areas needing unexpected attention which Brian was quick to point out and ensure it was fixed.  After the roof was complete, we had several days of rain.  At the time of the massive rain storms,  I was not living at the house but when I stopped by I seen the roof windows had leaked water onto the floor, I called Sarah and she sent someone over within an hour of my call.  The roof has not leaked since.  Both crews were professional and friendly.  Once I am able, I hope to have windows put in.  I of course plan to shop Angie's List again and have several estimates, but I have a feeling that I will be sticking with Brian & Sara.  Thank you Atlantic Coastal Enterprises.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
