My new ramp was about ready to end up in the river, and my dock was about ready to go down the river after a tree floating in the river hit the dock. They were able to come up with a temporary solution to salvage both the ramp and the dock until this spring when we will look at a permanent solution. They responded in a timely fashion, did what they said they would do, and came back to address some of our concerns at no cost. In addition, there have been follow-up phone calls to make sure things are stable. Good job!"
