"This company was excellent to work with from beginning to end. My geothermal well pump that controls my HVAC was not working in the middle of August. I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

"My tenant reported bad odors in the house and suspected the sewage pump area.  The basement bathroom is below the sewer and the sewage is pumped out.   The sump cover had rusted in places leaving big holes.  Haha! Here was the prime suspect!!  I was out of the country and had my wife select Dennis Diffley from Angies list and get them to work.  The sump was an old model and they were able to find and make the necessary modifications to replace the old one.  Their communication was good enough and their work was very good.
We were asked to wait for couple of days for the smell clear.  
Alas, it didn't go away!  In the meantime, my regular plumber managed to appear and started to nose around.  Guess what he found; my tenants left a chicken rotting in a spare microwave!   I would have LOL, if it hadn't cost me too much money:-)
It was fine working with Dennis Diffley and I won't hesitate hire them again.

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

When I think there were many, many calls for furnace problems. Although he had to arrive late due to tangles at a previous job, he called several times to account for his progress and to make sure a later arrival would still be OK. Given how late in the evening it turned out to be, he could easily have canceled ... but he gutted it out and came anyway. And we had heat in the morning!"
