"Kevin was hired to remodel our bathroom, install central air, replace and relocate our furnace, and replace the carpet with wood flooring. We were going to be out of town and although we did not know Kevin, we trusted him and felt comfortable giving him a key to our home so that the work could be done while we were gone.
