"After receiving several estimates from contractors to replace my screened porch ceiling (I had already removed the deteriorated plywood ceiling that was installed by the builder in 1992), I was put off by the estimates, ranging up to $5,000. At this point I contacted WT Anderson, who had replaced my roof a few years ago, hoping that they might do this type of work. Tom Anderson came by to see, assured me they do this type of work as it is really installing soffitt material, showed me some samples and subsequently provided an estimate of about $1,400. I selected a white vinyl beadboard. The ceiling also contained two skylights which needed to be trimmed out. The roofing and gutter work previously done by WT Anderson was superb and I had them go ahead and do the job. I subsequently asked them to replace the trim wrap around my garage doors (2) which brought the total cost to $1,740. I thought this was very fair. The two workers from WT Anderson showed up as scheduled, completed the job in one day and the installation went smoothly and looks great. With porch ceiling, they installed strapping to existing framing, plywood to box in the "tunnels" to the skylights, installed vinyl covered metal wrap around the top of the porch walls and then the vinyl beadboard. With the garage doors they removed the existing wrap, replaced two 2x6 framing pieces and then installed new brickmold where needed and new trim wrap around both doors. They were careful to seal all around to keep water out. The finished product looks great. The workers were polite, respectful of the our property and thoroughly cleaned up after completion of the work. Workers is not right word to describe Nestor and his helper, there were skilled craftsmen. WT Anderson will be my "go to" contractor for any outside work in the future."

They took pictures and showed me what they were seeing. Manager Elier Flores came out and did a full inspection and quoted reasonable prices for the needed repairs to include replacing the ridge cap. I have had several different roofers out within the last 5 years of owning this townhouse. I have had to have the ridge cap repeatedly repaired. This is the first company to show me before and after pictures along with providing an explanation of why they had a better solution vs their competitors. "My garage header was sagging and rotting. I was actually referred to Steve Phillips by another contractor. He came and inspected the garage that day and began work the next day. I observed a good portion of the work to understand what was happening. Steve explained exactly why and how water had penetrated to my garage header (poor/improper work by the builders). He completed the work in a little less than and day and a halfâ s time. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous about his work. There were even little pieces of siding that were chipped that he totally replaced even though I was content with hiding the chipped ends by having the undamaged pieces overlap. Our garage and siding looks better than when we bought the house and is more structurally sound and waterproofed than it was when it was first build."

The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. "Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."
