"Everything went as planned. We went to the store on Route 9 about 2 weeks prior to closing and spoke with Karen about getting something set up for measuring and work done. She was very helpful and told and pretty much told us to give them a call when the house closed to set up a time to measure. She told us what to expect with estimating, pricing, and timing on getting the work done. She was always very responsive and, when we called her the day prior to closing, she told us when to expect Jim, her husband, to come out an measure for the carpeting. Jim came, measured, and the next day, got us a very reasonable estimate for a nice, quality carpet. Both were very accommodating with allowing us to take the carpet samples to see in our new home to make sure we liked the choices, They ordered the carpet, and told us exactly when it was to arrive. Work was done right after the carpet came in. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience and the quality of work done. They did an excellent job and were always timely and professional. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future when we have flooring needs arise."

Armstrong rep highly recommended them.  <br /> They were much more respectful and easy to work with; came as promised, stayed till job was done. Installer crew clearly knew what they were doing and were respectful to home and us. Came back quickly for minor problems. <br /> They also found problems with subfloor the previous vendor had put in, adding a day to their job but they took care of it properly and showed us every thing they were doing and answered all our questions thoroughly. <br /> We were so impressed that we used them again for install of a wood floor in our living room later that month; that was done well with only minor issues that were quickly fixed. <br />"
