"I would highly recommend Manny and his team to anyone in need of roofing services!! Manny was great at communicating about the project and making suggestions. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and left everything clean. The quality of their work was excellent! "Exclusivity at its finest! The meticulous installation of a masonry steps cricket or saddle diverts water away from the chimney, preventing potential leaks and water damage to the roof. Sam Your work always stands out from the rest."

"I was truly "amazed" with my entire experience with AMAZED ROOFING. From the extremely fair priced, competitive estimate, to the shingle color selection, to my new roof and gutter replacement, the whole process went smoothly. Phil and his crew are experienced, honest, professional, punctual and reliable. Every step of the process was explained to me as they went along. My whole roof replacement, from the start, to the thorough clean-up, took only a few hours. I couldn't be happier with my new roof, and I would highly recommend AMAZED ROOFING."

"The initial call to the company was facilitated by Shirley, who was very nice, professional and helped to schedule a date and time we could be home for Carlos, who provided the evaluation of our existing roof, gutter and skylight. He provided paperwork, the estimate and honored our desire to read the contract and discuss our options after he left.  He did not hassle or push for us to accept and sign the contract. Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough. During the evaluation he was sure to make the measurements to the roof and skylight so the estimate would be as accurate as could be.  Carlos answered all questions our discussions, and during the phone calls to confirm the roof and gutter replacement.  On the day of the service, for some reason the battery lost its charge, and I was not able to move the car.  The crew led by Sandy was kind, considerate and covered the car with their tarp. They told me that "it's okay", (after I apologized over and over). Although not directly in their way, they still had to make sure none of the shingles, supplies or the Equipter hit the car. All members of the crew tolerated my questions periodically throughout the day, and were very polite while providing a brief explanation of what they were doing. All members of the crew knew their assignment, and worked throughout the entire day, with the exception of their lunch break. Carlos came to the house, went on the roof, and checked on the progress. The roof looks great, the gutters/downspout are great and the skylight replacement provides us with the new and fresh view.  The shed roof has new and fresh look, with the old tattered shingles and damaged deck boards replacement. Carlos said he was present when the old gutters were removed so he could confirm if the soffit boards would require replacement. I told him beforehand to replace the wood if it was bad or rotted.  Following the completion of the entire project, Carlos came to the house to be able to see the gutter that I inquired about during a follow up phone call. When I returned home from work that day, the tiny adjustment was made to our satisfaction.  Financing was also made available to us if we needed it.

"John and his team were a pleasure to deal with. True professionals who are reliable, talented in their craft, and they gave honest, objective input as it related to the project. We had shiplap installed on all walls floor-to-ceiling, new moldings installed, we had a cross beam in the room wrapped and stained in natural wood to match a fireplace mantle that was also installed as part of the project. The team was efficient and extremely neat. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I will hire John again, as well as highly recommend him to others."

"To many other roofers in the NYC Greater region- take note, Vandelay has you beat by quite a bit in terms of understanding a client and the particular needs of the job.  I went through a half dozen estimates and site visits; Vandelay and one other contractor where the only ones who were able to produce a timely, considered estimate.  And this was in the down season!
Regarding the job itself.  It presented several unknowns that Bob and his crew were able to work through and develop solutions to in a timely manner.  The demo went smoothly as well as the new installs and final flashing and chalking details.  At this point, the new roof has been through several storms and seems to be doing quite well.  If there is a problem, Bob seems more that capable to address per the contract, which I certainly appreciate.
Its clear he has a lot of experience doing what he knows, and doing it well.  He has good intuition and understanding of a job and the individuals and characters that might be involved, and how to work with them effectively (including myself likely :)
I've been through a couple of roof jobs at this point on various structures, and felt confident with Bob throughout the job; there were no instances that I felt were be minimized or neglected.  And importantly for a Condo building in NYC, Bob's crew made sure that they premise was CLEANER than when they left which is often a big deal with testy unit owners.
Overall, very pleased with both the estimation process, keeping on budget and timeframe and delivering a sound roof in material and craftmanship.  Highly recommended.

"I was unsure what type of tiles and style I wanted my new roof to be. Egor guided me through the different types and processes of tiles available and helped me understand/pick out the right one for me. Very pleased with the outcome and I feel confident in my new concrete tile roof!"

"The owner was at my house the same day I called. He gave us a grate price and started the job the next day. Excellent crew who worked fast and efficient to get the job done before our family party later that week. The job was so well cleaned up that you couldn't even tell they just ripped off a whole roof. The owner was at the job most of the day watching over the guys and making sure we were happy. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or family.
