We chose the "gold service." It includes coverage for crawling insects such as ants, spiders, centipedes, stinging insects such as hornets, wasps, and yellow jackets, mice, and termite monitoring. The package costs $795 and has a one year service warranty. The package includes follow ups for the mouse stations as well as sealing holes around the foundation of the home. It also includes one interior spray and three exterior sprays per year."

"Dave was excellent. He was professional, honest and thorough. I thought I may have squirrels in the house because I heard scratching above a ceiling and saw a squirrel climbing my chimney with acorns in it's mouth.  
Dave inspected all the outside areas of my house and looked in my attic. He found no evidence of squirrels or bats or anything else (other than a few mice that I can take care of).
He screened off my two gable vents and recommended securing a couple of other entry prone areas which I can do.

"I can't speak highly enough of the work that Todd and his crew do. I had a major problem with mice and also rats. I had been working with another exterminator that couldn't get it done. Todd came with his crew and turned the house upside down and got rid of all the pests. This was months ago, and everything still looks good! No mice, no rats. "I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. They far exceeded expectations on the more difficult property and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I rated them a B for price because this was the first time we've had to use this service."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"We found swarming termites in our house two consecutive days.  At this point we called a few pest control companies to understand what was going on, the amount of work that needed to get done, and provide us with estimates.  P&S was able to come out on short notice to provide us with a comprehensive estimate.  It was obvious that Vitaly has lots of experience with termites and is extremely knowledgeable on how to remove them from your home.  He walked me through the work they would do and provided a very competitive estimate.  I spoke with Stacey in the office to sign the contract and schedule the visit, she was very pleasant to work with at all stages.  A few days later Paul and Vitaly came to complete the install, they worked for 4 hours to install a liquid barrier around the house.  They completed the work on schedule and without major disruption to the house and landscaping.  P&S will be monitoring our situation for the next 2 years to make sure that they are really gone.  So far everything looks like it was done well, I guess only time will tell if the termites come back.  But I believe that we are in good shape with P&S taking care of the problem.

"Figuring as it was a weekend, I wouldn't be able to get anybody until Monday, I filled out an online form for Radford Pest Control, and Eric actually called me back within 20 minutes or so (on a Sunday!) to talk to me about the problem. He was very knowledgeable and ultimately recommended I stick with the condo association's pest control company given the situatin and because it would save me money if they had to make multiple trips to spray the nest. So we did, and happy to say the wasps are gone now. We didn't end up using Eric's service, but I was very impressed with his responsiveness and knowledge, so will definitely use if we have indoor pests again.

"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."
