"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

"I had a through-the-wall air conditioner that needed to be replaced. Tom was responsive and was able to visit the property in a timely manner. He identified and purchased a suitable replacement unit, which was very convenient as I was far away from the property and could not do it myself. There were some challenges with the installation (we needed an electrical outlet modification and the first AC unit delivered was defective and needed to be returned) but Tom and his employee were professional and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would use them again in the future."

"Brian is great. Came down to assess the damage and was back in 2 days with a new window. He also fixed a broken screen at no charge. Definitely would recommend."

"There's no category for Cabinet repair, which is what was done. It went well. He pointed out less than quality work by the initial installers. He show me what to do if other cabinets also have the same problem."

"Kaio Rocha did a truly exceptional job painting the interior of my home. Included in the work were numerous repairs to cracks in the ceiling and around the windows. He also repaired damage to our downstairs bathroom created by a plumbing leak. He is meticulous, and pays attention to every detail. He is also a joy to work with; personable and highly conscientious. As a home owner for over 35 years, I can confidently say that I’ve never worked with a finer contractor in any trade."

"The installation and the product were good, but it was difficult to schedule a meeting. It took a long time to finally get them to come and perform the service.
