"I have done a lot of home renovation projects in the past, and I wish ALL contractors were like Mike. From start to finish of this ENORMOUS project, Mike was amazing to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he responded promptly to emails and texts, and he remembered all of the little details that we discussed along the way. His estimate was accurate and included all of the components that we talked about, and then we made some adjustments to the original estimate, which were also perfectly captured. And on top of all that, his quote/estimate was one of the most reasonable ones that we received (and we got 6 quotes). He was so knowledgeable with the information and advice that he provided, and I had complete trust that he would do a superb job. We had to move out of the house while the work was ongoing. The two floor installers arrived on time, they were very polite, stayed on task and did an EXCELLENT job!!  Their attention to detail is commendable.  They cut everything to fit perfectly to the molding and around pipes. Their fine workmanship came through in everything they did; it really showed how much they cared about the job they were doing. They cleaned up as they went and again at the end! The floor came out beautiful! "Ed was one of three invididuals who came to my home to provide a quote for the work I needed: repair of a damaged area in my kitchen floor as well as sanding/refinishing the kitchen floor and a bedroom floor where I had pulled up an old carpet. He was prompt, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. His quote was actually the lowest of the three I obtained, but it was his long experience in the trade (and other excellent reviews) that convinced me to hire him. He was able to obtain a piece of reclaimed wood to repair the damage in the kitchen floor and integrated the repaired pieces seamlessly into the existing floorboards. The job was completed over a day and a half, and though I'm waiting to move furniture back into the rooms, the floors look wonderful. I will certainly hire him in the future if I need other hardwood floor repairs."

"Brandon did a number of other smaller jobs we asked throughout the original SOW and was receptive to everything we asked for. We could not be happier with his work and character as a professional and person. He provides a line-by-line item SOW, down the cost of material for masks and gloves. As the SOW changed, Brandon continuously updated the document. He saved us some money numerous times as portions of the SOW were deemed unnecessary by either him or us. That is rare.
