Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. The previous installer did not do a good job and my floor was uneven and breaking and looked awful. Tom and his installers took off the old floor, leveled and repaired the sub floor and expertly installed the new floor. It looks fabulous and we love it! It was a basement apt and many issues cropped up during the project none though that they couldnâ t handle . It was truly a joy to work with Vladimir his confidence,cheerful attitude made this difficult job much less stressful than it could of been. Always available for questions came back to the house repeatedly to discuss, brainstorm and fix issues ( due to conditions) .
