I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. If I ever have a larger need, they'll certainly be my first call. I would highly recommend K&X construction if you need any services that they offer."

They were efficient with their time management to keep both projects running smoothly, professional, neat and offered suggestions for ideas other companies didn't. This is the only company to inform me concrete would not be the best option for my fire pit area d/t the ground shifting which lead me to pavers. Over time the concrete will crack but when the pavers shift it can be corrected and not noticed unlike fixing cracked cement. They worked with me to find pavers that wouldn't have me go over budget and I'm so happy with everything they did. "Juliano was very responsive and receptive of ideas I had for the project. The work done turned out the way I wanted and was able to do it within my price range. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the cleanup afterwards. There was more saw dust leftover than I anticipated. Regardless, I would recommend and would hire again for further projects."
