This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. "They lied about what they were going to do. We signed a contract. We read it. Steven took the contract a away to get a copy after we sign and he promises to return it that day. He did not. They were to do a stone wall, fence & a complete driveway. I gave them two payment. Last payment were due when finish. Frank did come back and finish the fence and the wall. I had to get someone else to do the driveway. They never finish. We could not get in touch with either party the company is a u-haul comp .this company does not have a crew ,different people with no experience of the job. In spite of the experience we had I would recommend you work strictly with Frank, the owner. I was very happy with Frank and Joe, the crew member."
