"Straight Forward was one of the many fencing companies that my boyfriend and I had come out to give us an estimate when we were looking to get a new fence. Our whole experience with Straight Forward was remarkable, from start to finish. The owner, Gary was so personal, in comparison to the other companies we had come out. Before we even received a quote back, we knew we wanted to hire his company, regardless of the price (which ended up being very reasonable and awesome anyways). It seemed that he knew what he was doing and he was even informative to us And let us know the process of what his crew would be doing. Once the polite and respectful workers began to work, they were done within less than two days. Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! Except for the fact that we now have a beautiful, new fence to adore. We would hire Straight Forward again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!"

We originally wanted a white vinyl 6' fence and even tho it would have cost us more, Ben explained the pros and cons of high vinyl over a red cedar wood fence. We opted for the wood fence and are extremely happy with the results. And the job was finished in one day and except for the new fence, you would not even know his crew was on the property. "The men who installed the fence worked very diligently and professionally, putting in long hours to complete the job in two days. The quality of their work and of the fence itself is excellent. We had some out-of-the-ordinary areas to fence, and the installers worked extremely well with my other contractors to get the job done efficiently and expeditiously. "The installers were great! They worked in terrible heat and humidity all day stopping only for a quick lunch. I Would have given his compan an A but couldn't due to some significant problems that occurred during installation. They mis measured and was short 2 pieces of fence which delayed completion. Also, we had torrential rainfall during the installation which rendered my yard soaking wet. the heavy machinery that they drove back and forth ruined a big portion of my yard. The wheels of the equipment left deep indentations and the grass was pulled up and destroyed leaving a big muddy mess. A few of the slats were damaged and had to be replaced and a portion of a post that had already been set in concrete was scraped. The installer went to a Home Depot and covered the scraped area with some paint. Someone from the company came to inspect the job after completion. I showed him the ruined portion of my lawn and the post. He took a picture and said he'd show it to his boss. No one ever called after that to offer a solution to the damage. I had to pay over $200.00 out of pocket for soil, seed and labor for my neighbor to help me get my yard repaired. Looking back, I should have delayed installation till after the heavy rainfall but they kept telling me it was ok. The yard damage wouldn't have occurred if the lawn wasn't super saturated. I believe the company should have done more to correct the damage that they caused."
