And he stayed with us to the end when all manner of unexpected problems arose with everything from water infiltration to uneven joists, and completed a job that was much more complex and time-consuming that he had bargained for. He even came back to finish final items on the punch list after he had received complete payment. Topping it off, Wally is a good-natured and good guy -- important since living in a home through a top-to-bottom renovation is very stressful."

When Perry came to look at what needed to be repaired/replaced, he took photos of all of the the damaged support structures (termite damage), so when the crew came to do the work, they had the photos and knew exactly where to look and what to look for. They came on time and immediately went to work. The job was completed promptly, and when I examined the replacement(s)/repairs, you could tell this crew knew exactly what they were doing! Great job!"
