"Wally Manfredia did first-class work -- so much so that friends and neighbors comment on how beautiful and well-done the renovation was. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about all facets of construction and renovation, and wants to do things right. He was able to present us with ideas and solutions we had not thought of, and options for saving money. And he stayed with us to the end when all manner of unexpected problems arose with everything from water infiltration to uneven joists, and completed a job that was much more complex and time-consuming that he had bargained for. He even came back to finish final items on the punch list after he had received complete payment. Topping it off, Wally is a good-natured and good guy -- important since living in a home through a top-to-bottom renovation is very stressful."

"I cannot say enough about Sam and his team. They made our dream house a reality. They truly care about and take pride in the work they do. Communication was excellent from everyone on the team. Our project was done on time and on budget. We are so thankful to have found Nelson General Contractor and would highly recommend"

"Belmax Remodeling did an outstanding job with our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen hadn't been updated since the 90s, but their team made the renovation process smooth from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and really attentive to keeping our space clean each day. Any minor issue was quickly communicated and resolved, and their regular progress updates were greatly appreciated. The project was completed on time and within budget, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We're so impressed with their work that we'll definitely use Belmax Remodeling for any future bathroom renovations. It's been a truly positive experience working with them on our kitchen renovation!"

"The kitchen was completed gutted and rebuilt within 3 weeks. Matt worked with us on every aspect of the remodel and addressed everything we had on our wish list. On all the projects Matt and his people were here every day until the work was completed to our satisfaction. When they left each day the work site was spotless. We have been happy to recommend MNB Renovations to our friends and family and plan on having Matt back when we are ready for our next project(s)."

"I am absolutely pleased with GJP Developers. From my initial meeting with, Gary, the owner, throughout the entire project experience, there was clear consistent communication. All of my questions were answered. The crew were efficient, timely, respectful and skilled. They built a powder room on my 1st floor. The job was completed earlier than the original plan. I recommend GJP Developers with the highest commendations."

"Paul was excellent to work with. We had to make many changes during our remodel. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. Our ADA remodel to convert a bedroom and bathroom making it wheelchair accessible turned out beautifully! We are very happy and would highly recommend His company ."

"Brian was with us from start to finish with our combined garage, powder room, laundry room remodel. He has an incredible attention to detail and he really cares about the quality of his work. There are very few problems that Brian cannot solve. He is also very creative, practical and talented. He works with great subs who showed up on time and did great jobs with the remodel. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Thanks Brian."

"My kitchen 😍!!! I am so happy with the transformation of my kitchen and dining room! Bill, Sara and their crew are very impressive: from communication throughout the project to showing up on time, the care and quality of service they provide, it's outstanding! The whole project was a breeze! I would highly recommend them! I am still in owe of the work they did!"

"Replacement of the major support beam for a rear deck, as well as repair/replacement of several smaller supports of the deck's floor surface. When Perry came to look at what needed to be repaired/replaced, he took photos of all of the the damaged support structures (termite damage), so when the crew came to do the work, they had the photos and knew exactly where to look and what to look for. They came on time and immediately went to work. The job was completed promptly, and when I examined the replacement(s)/repairs, you could tell this crew knew exactly what they were doing! Great job!"

"I am 100 % satisfied with the work Handyman Guy and his crew did in my kitchen and bathroom remodel. In fact, I have hired them again and again for many things throughout my home. Very professional and highly skilled. I would recommend The Handyman Guy for anyone looking for quality renovations and repairs."
