"I started my laundry in our washer this morning only to discover water pouring out of the bottom of the washer with no clear reason why. I put in an Angie’s request and the team from Freezing Cold Appliance Repairs was the first to call me and told me they could come between 2-5pm today. I immediately said yes as I needed the washer repaired as quickly as possible with two teenage boys in the house and lots of dirty clothing! Dymtro called me around 12:30 saying they were close by and could come sooner which was great news! They arrived and quickly assessed the situation which luckily was a minor repair and at a very reasonable cost. The team was thorough, answering all of my questions and providing me a clear explanation of the repairs needed and how they would address them.
