"I spoke with Alket who told me he could stop by and look at the job that same afternoon. He called again a little later and said he could be there in 20 minutes. He arrived on time and looked at the washer. He quickly found what the problem was and showed me. He made a phone call and said he would be back the next morning. He arrived, once again on time , and fixed the washer. It is working perfectly now and the piles of laundry are getting washed. "
